These terms cover your use of motivegtm.com. They are deliberately short, because a site that describes an agency and publishes articles does not need the apparatus of a software licence.
What this site is
This site describes what MotiveGTM does and publishes writing about go-to-market work. Everything on it is information and opinion rather than an offer to contract, and none of it is professional advice tailored to your situation. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site creates one.
Using the site
You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution and share it with people who would find it useful. You should not copy it wholesale and present it as your own, scrape it in ways that degrade it for everyone else, or use it in the course of anything unlawful.
What belongs to us
The words, designs, graphics and code on this site belong to MotiveGTM unless credited otherwise, and our name and logo are ours. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome; republishing an article in full is not.
About the articles
We research what we publish and cite sources where we make factual claims, but the field moves quickly and figures age, so nothing in our writing is a guarantee of a result and the decisions you make after reading it remain yours. Where we cite someone else’s research it belongs to them, and their terms rather than ours govern it.
Other people’s services
This site links out to other sites and embeds HubSpotembeds HubSpot’s meeting scheduler on the contact pagersquo;s meeting scheduler on the contact page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies govern what happens once you use them.
Booking a call
Booking a slot reserves time for a conversation, which costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and can be cancelled or rearranged by either of us.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent Indian law allows it we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
